About Us

We are one of Calgary's only non-competitive Figure Skating clubs!

The CCA Figure Skating Club is a recreational non-profit club committed to providing quality skating lessons at all levels.

Since 1987, the CCA Figure Skating Club has been helping skaters achieve their goals in a fun, non-competitive environment. Our skaters range from pre-school skaters who are just starting out to senior skaters whose skills have been developed through years of training. Many of our skaters have gone on to be successful hockey and ringette players, or award-winning figure skaters in national competitive programs.

We have highly trained, enthusiastic coaches who bring years of diverse experience and passion to our club and who encourage our skaters to be the best skater they can be!

We offer a junior coaching program that gives some of our older skaters the opportunity to gain coaching and leadership experience by helping in our Learn to Skate program.

All of our lessons take place in the Gold Arena at the Flames Community Arenas.
